Looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom townhouse in Springfield Lakes. $300* per week which includes; Electricity*, NBN - unlimited 100mbps, water, Netflix and Disney+.
*To be discussed if you WFH.

•100m to IGA, Chemist, Anytime Fitness, cafe/restaurants/takeaway shops ect..
•20min walk to Springfield train station
•5min drive to Orion / Springfield Central Train Station

Townhouse is 4yrs old and has 2 living areas (downstairs and upstairs). You’ll basically have your own upstairs main bathroom. Have a choice of 2 rooms, each room with mirrored BIR (no draws) and ceiling fans but 1x of the spare bedrooms has a split air-con only. Can use other bedroom/WIR for storage / office if you have a desk. Place is furnished, expect your bedroom.
There is a shared swimming pool in complex.
Car parking on double driveway.

Expect you to be clean and help clean and keep the place tidy. Bonus points if you love gardening. (I’m not a fan!) No smokers/vapers please.

I’m a full time professional; mid 40’s gay male who works in the CBD and also owns a 4yr old dog (Corgi). Being I have a Corgi, please expect some fur/hair around the place and if you are uncomfortable with pets and some mess and fur, please do not apply as this is not suitable for you.

I’m down to earth with a funny and weird/dark sense of humour, who likes to have a laugh and joke. Not looking for a party house but I don’t mind the occasional drink(s) and social event or friends over. I am a relatively clean and tidy person, but with a dog, there can be moments of mess and chaos! (Weather/Season pending.)
