The apartment is a little bit special, it is a spacious 2 bedroom flat with polished wooden floors, art deco ceilings, 2 sun rooms and a balcony overlooking the city with amazing views. It is also opposite a large park and it is a 20 minute walk into the city. The bedroom available is light and airy and a very decent size with your own bathroom next to it. The lounge/common area is big enough for you to make a part of it your own if you would like, and includes one of the sun rooms which you could make into a study. There is storage available in the garage. You will need to apply to be on the lease but you aren't obligated to stay for the whole lease length
