Up for rent is an option of one fully furnished room or one unfurnished room depending on your preferences. With access to a shared study and library.

Both rooms have a ceiling fan, aircon and a built in wardrobe.

The main bedroom and the rooms for rent are at opposite ends of the house to allow maximum privacy.

Shared kitchen, laundry and living area. With an option of a separate living area through the addition of a room separator if desired.

House is located in a quiet and peaceful area with great walking and biking tracks.

This house offers a peaceful, calm and friendly environment. Welcoming of all ethnicities and LGBTQIA+.

All bills are included in rent, electricity, water, internet.

Only non-negotiable is no smoking and no dogs.

About you:

I am looking for someone who is kind and accepting. Someone who is welcoming and looking to be friends with there roommate not just exist in the same house.
