This room has a large French window that overlooks a garden about 1.2 meters higher than the sidewalk. The garden is surrounded by planted trees, providing ample natural light to the room while maintaining good privacy.

It also has dark colour curtain so when you close the curtains it's really comfortable to sleep. It was my parents favourite things to sit in front of the window in the afternoon to have a nap, when they were living with me. The big window faces the outside corner part of the street. There are big trees to cover the street view and protect privacy but doesn't stop the lights.
As I'm living in the house myself and call it home, I want to have a review at one month / three month time to make sure we both feel comfortable living under the same roof. So hlth renting will start from monthly renewal contract, but ideally if everything works well welcome to stay for long term.

Home Description

Description of the home

Location:
Conveniently situated with quick access to the motorway - just 2 minutes drive to the M2 and 6 minutes' drive to the M1; 30-minute drive to reach BNE CBD.
Nearby amenities include:
- Gowan Road shopping centre, offering fantastic Asian restaurants, grocery stores, and a butcher: all within a 3-minute drive.
- Sunnybank Hills shopping centre and Calamvale shopping centre: 4 min drive away.
- Sunnybank market square: 10-minute drive.

Public Transport:
- 40-min bus ride to CBD via express bus
- 150 bus stop a 3-min walk away, operating from early morning to midnight

Living Arrangement:
- The house ideally accommodates a maximum of three residents. For everyone's security, kindly refrain from bringing unknown personal friends home.
- Preference is for a long-term, stable tenant, yet the rental is renewed on a monthly basis upon mutual confirmation, especially when starting with a new tenant.

Pet:
There is a nine-month-old black German Shepherd puppy occasionally at home - approximately 2-3 days every two weeks. He is super friendly, well-trained, sweet, and gentle.
Apologies that no pets from tenants are allowed at present. I am diligent in maintaining the house but I'm unsure how to post the tidiness requirement onto everyone if more than one dogs around, although I love them. I've even invested in a robot vacuum cleaner specifically for keeping the house clean almost all the time.
Visiting pets could be considered upon request.

This is my family home where my parents resided. I hope you'll treat it as your "home" too. It has never been rented before; the previous owner built it for their own retirement. Thus, there are flowers, trees, visiting birds, and a vegetable garden. I am continuously learning how to maintain and improve the garden as well.
