Accommodation available is a large, air conditioned bedroom fully equiped with new modern furniture, including a Queensize Bed and all cabinetry with built-in robe. Linen is provided.
Ducted Aircon and Ceiling Fans are standard throughout the household.

Adjoining is a large bathroom/toilet incorporating both shower and bath for private personal use.

All main rooms have fully ducted aircon.

This accommodation would ideally suit someone wishing longterm residence, perhaps someone seeking a safe secure friendly environment for a longterm stay.
Available also is a separate work station set up/office space in another spare bedroom for ‘work at home’ requirements if so required which can be discussed.

Bills and expenses

A 4week bond is required, refundable upon termination of lease providing rent is fully paid up and accommodation is left in good, clean,as ‘moved in’ condition.
