The place itself is about six years old ,so its relatively new ,it is in a block of town houses with great respectful neighbors . The place has foxtel and the internet and a third bedroom that is set up as an office that has a second office desk and office chair in it ,which is an ideal quiet space for someone that works from home or who is studying . The place has a barbecue area out the back .
