Other information
It comfortably fits a queen bed, TV and bookshelf with about 1mx2m walking space left over. I'll add a photo of the current room-mates set up for reference. It has a ceiling fan but it is Australia, and it does get quite hot in summer. Happy to have living room aircon on to cool down rooms as much as possible though.

Home Description

Description of the home

Our duplex is very spacious. I haven't attached photos yet but I will soon. It's 3 bedrooms, 1 garage which is used for storage, a laundry room, living area, dining area, kitchen and decent back yard and patio. We like to keep it very simplistic and relatively clean. We aren't super anal but we're not slobs. There's air-conditioning in the master and the living room. We're very happy to use it when we need. We have 2 frides so plenty of room to share. We have a 10kg washing machine that we also share too. Unfortunately the clothesline is broken up we make do with portable kmart clotheslines.

We live in a small cul-de-sac and know and love all of our neighbours. We often have our neighbours over for drinks or games. Parking, we live on a hill that slopes down to the road. We often park on the grass landing in front of the house too. There's currently one spot left to park on the grass. We do have a few street parking options too. Happy to negotiate if you want to park on the driveway too.

The kitchen is a decent U-shape size with all your basics. The dishwasher has never worked in the 3+ years I've lived here. I've grown up handwashing anyway and the real estate haven't bothered fixing it. I think I covered everything but if you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask

Bills and expenses

Shared bills are gas, electricity and water. We try to be conscious of how much we use and try to save where we can. Our current way is we split the bill 3 ways equally as our usage is about the same. Happy to discuss or negotiate this.

About occupants
Hello! My name is Jess and I'm 23. I work 3 jobs within disability. I love my job although it can be tough at times. I love camping/4wding, reading, watching movies, gaming, hanging out with my friends or my dog.

My other housemate is My friend of 4 years now called Amy. She is 26 and a vibe. The most chill person I've lived with and we get on like a house on fire. She works at Dan Murphy's and does a lot of night shifts but is usually home around the 9:30pm mark. She is very similar to me in most of our hobbies. She's a minimalist so all of her belongings can fit in her very pink themed room haha.

We have a very open communication way about us. If there's an issue, we pride ourselves with being open and addressing it in a constructive way. We don't like negative emotions building up when we can just hash it out. Amy and I often spend a lot of time in the common areas hanging out when we can, but also like our down time in our rooms. We're happy for someone to join or if you'd prefer you're own space. We're very easy going people.
Compatible people
We're very open in who we are looking for. Our main points is we want someone trustworthy, pays rent on time, relatively clean, respectful and no unnecessary drama.
Description of pets
My dog is a 6 year old male aussie bulldog called Wick. He is my life and has such a goofy and lazy personality. He's very well mannered and loves his pats. He can bark a little bit when unfamiliar people first enter the house but calms down very quickly and is very responsive to commands. You could also have all doors/garage open and he would never run away. He is an inside dog and he does have his spot on the couch. That'll never change. But he is very clean and we clean the couch regularly and cover the couch.
