Description of the home

Our recently renovated, fairly modern home with 10Kw solar system is on 2 levels; each self-contained with its own kitchen.
Flatmates will have their own dedicated bathroom.
We are located close to the airport DFO with 24hr Woolworths, eateries and fitness centre.
We are not under the flight paths.
Within a few hundred meters is the Trade Coast Hotel and Bistro.
We're also blessed with a large, but only lightly used boat ramp and parking area.
Pinkenba is somewhat like a village less than 15 minutes from the CBD and very little traffic between the 2 - no traffic crawl, even in peak hour.

About the occupants
After a corporate career, my wife and I spend more time on our farm and travelling, than in Brisbane - we keep a room on the ground floor for our very occasional use, and a housemate.
Currently our 'housemates' on the upstairs level are a couple of sports-active Kiwi girls who work at the airport.
Compatible people
Our expectation is that all housemates leave the kitchen and common areas clean and as they found them after they use them.
Respecting each others reasonable expectations is essential, so too is thoughtfully sensitive communication if one feels the need for greater consideration, than is being given by another housemate.
Every housemate needs to appreciate rooms are not sound proofed.
