Modern house with ceiling fans in all rooms. The room on offer comes with or without the furniture, there is another room that does not have furniture which can be used storage or for your own furniture, only one of these rooms will be rented out.
The furnished room has a floor standing lamp, desk with drawers, the desk has built in USB ports, a computer chair is available if you wish as well.
The bathroom is vacant, but you would be expected to share it with guests and needs to be kept reasonably clean. The kitchen has a large fridge, however freezer space is minimal.
There is a large washer/dryer, in the laundry area.
The garage, is rather full of all my tools and equipment.
There is an office area with a printer/scanner.

My name is Jason 36, my partner is Kristel 26, she will be joining the home around Feb 2025, when she does move in it will not affect your occupancy.
I am a FIFO worker on a week on/ week off basis. I do technical work (think internet related) my hobbies are photography, travel, reading, and gaming. I largely keep to myself and I am usually in my study or the bedroom, I am happy to socialize but I tend to leave each to their own.
