Description of the home
The house is in a slightly isolated community. There is going to be a Coles, gym, and little shopping centre to be opened just 2 minutes away. The house itself is fully furnished - just waiting to sell the couch so I can buy a sizeable dining table.
We already have a fridge and a washer as well as pots, pans, utensils etc.
In this house, we’re only looking for one person who can take up two bedrooms and the extra bathroom.

Electricity - monthly (is slightly volatile, depends on usage)
Water - every three months (divided by 3 people). Our previous water bills with 3 people have been about $70-100.

My name’s Senali (21 years old)!! The only other occupant is my partner Hayden (22 years old). We’re just looking for someone who is respectful, mindful, but can still socialise. Not fussy though if you’re introverted. We do have two cats who you’re very welcome to play with! My partner and I are currently on our gym grind and we do prioritise meal prep. We have two cats - Boba and Ony.
Boba is a one and a half year old, black and white, domestic shorthair. She’s very shy but playful at times. She likes the occasional cuddle. She doesn’t scratch or bite at all. Will nudge you for a good ear scratch though.
Ony is a 11 week old, ginger and white Ragdoll kitten. He’s insanely playful. Enjoys eating a lot!! Won’t scratch or bite either. He sleeps for about 16 - 20 hours a day.
