The room has a Queen on offer with built in wardrobe with a shared bathroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished with air con down stairs. Fully fancied house with entertainment/ court yard out the back.

The house is situated in Ipswich One mile area. Close to public bus transport and train station a short 5min drive away. Coles, Woolworth, IGA and riverlink close by for all shopping needs. Close to UniSQ FOR students studying.

The rent covers your room and all bills. Included is WiFi, water, power and gas hot water. Food and toiletries are not included. The house would suit anyone non smoking with no pets. Open to LGBTQ people safe a friendly home.
