Hi There,
Julien and I (Jan)are a busy couple living in a 2 year old home that is way too big for the two of us and our labradoodle. (Mia)
We are looking for a friendly, tidy, respectful, considerate flatmate and comfortable with dog.
I am 40, Australian, and work as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. I sometimes works from home.
Julien is 45, French, and work as a General Manager. Julien usually works part of the day from home, some days.
Mia is a 5 year old Labradoodle. She is a happy dog, and loves a good cuddle, nap and treats!
Julien and I practice Latin dancing so we are out a few nights/week, exercise a bit, and we enjoy good food, good wine, good fun without being party animals.
Compatible people
What’s important for both of us is an easy going, friendly, respectful and considerate housemate and someone who doesn’t have to be told what to do and when to do it. If you start with a clean kitchen before preparing/cooking food, then you leave that space in the same state. If you use up our items (fridge/pantry/laundry items) then we’d expect you to replace it or contribute towards it. Someone who doesn’t mind keeping things tidy is also a plus.
Description of pets
Our labradoodle Mia is super friendly and highly socialised. She is 5 years old and is a medium size dog. She also goes to daycare or play dates with friends a few days a week. She is very cuddly and if you’re ok with it, may want snuggle up with you in the late evenings and early mornings. If you’re also ok with it, we’d be more than happy for you to take her for walks. She is an inside dog and does shed a small amount of hair.
