Description of the home

The bedroom is unfurnished with ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning and built-in robe. The bedroom is at the front of the house overlooking the garden with tinted windows for privacy. It is full of beautiful natural light and has black out blinds.
The house is otherwise fully furnished, ducted air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, beautiful covered outdoor area with gas and charcoal BBQ facilities and salt water pool. I love to cook so the kitchen is well equipped with pretty much every gadget you can think of.
It's close to the bus and within walking distance to Drakes supermarket. There is uncovered street parking available. The house is on a corner block on a quiet street.

I'm a single female in my late-30s. I work from home (consultant working in IT), studying part time and tend to keep to myself, although I don't mind a chat and sharing a meal.
I'm pretty easy going but do appreciate a clean house.
I love to cook and studying nutrition; the kitchen is fully decked out with pretty much any gadget you can think of.
I'm a native English speaker with a good sense of humour. I grew up with a lot of international students and am very patient with people with English as a second language.

The other room mate is 40 year old male and tends to spend most of his time out of the house.

Description of pets
There are two cats, they are extremely affectionate. Despite being indoor cats their whole lives, they are little ninjas and people need to be mindful about making sure the front door is closed! They don't mind the idea of an adventure until they're out and freak out! Although they are very human friendly, they don't get along with other animals. In that sense they are grumpy old ladies that like their space.
