Description of the home
The house is in a nice quiet neighbourhood with walking paths surrounding it. It’s only 3 minutes away from a Woolworths, pharmacy, newsagent, restaurants, etc. There’s a good-sized, shaded backyard with a small garden shed and patio.
You will have a private bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, along with use of the main living room - we have our own media room in one of the bedrooms so you will have exclusive use of the space if you like. There’s a shared office, large kitchen, dining room, laundry room and guest bedroom.
We have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There are ceiling fans throughout.
