I have a queen size bedroom for rent, built in celling fan and wardrobe large window and carpets(witch we are getting all carpets replace), shared bathroom with a shower, bath and a separate toilet.. large open play living area with a massive couch, tv and Xbox. We do have a back yard but it's not the best back yard I've seen haha, but enough room for kids and dogs to run about. We live in the heart of narangba valley, public transport, the local shops, tavern and schools are all walking distance or a 2 minute drive, loads of nice walking paths, parks and a lake that has turtles, swans and loads of ducks that most people feed daily. We are 5 minutes from the locals skate park, sporting complex and dog park. the train station is a 10 minute drive but the local bus takes you directly to it..

Howdy, my name is kerrian, I am a single mum to a 6 year old and a full time works. I have a 3 year old staffy who will wanna be your best friend, 4 budgies who occasionally free fly around the house but mostly outside in the fresh air. I am lgbtq and all that jaz friendly and 420 friendly. I don't mind smokers asi g as it's not around my daughter and defiantly not in the house.. my other house mate is named Alex she is Lesbian, a massive gamer(loves her cod and fortnight), she very much keeps to her self, but when she does come out her room she has everyone is laughter haha..
