I am the owner of the home.
I work in the health industry, and have a very fluid working situation- as each day is never the same.
I spend most of my time either in an operating theatre, or working out of the study that I have specifically set up for work, so that I can base myself out of the house if I’m not at one of the hospitals.
I do a little bit of work related travel, and in all honesty lead a fairly quiet life- not a massive party-type, and would hope that a similar minded person be able to move in.
Business professionals, or otherwise fully employed professionals are preferred.
I spend a bit of my free time either cycling or at the ballroom studio practicing.
Weekends are the quiet time- the chill out time after some massive work weeks; and I really value the weekends as a great way to get myself sorted for the week ahead.
I’d prefer if the applicant had no pets.
They would need to have a high sense of pride in keeping the house tidy- but also I know that we all have to ‘live’ as well- so if you leave the dishes out to dry, then I don’t mind that at all... I’m sure we are all guilty of that!
I’d expect that the bedroom and bathroom are kept clean and tidy- not to be a nag, but just simply out of respect for the fact that I’d like to keep the house as nice as possible; it is a home and a respected space for all.
Common courtesy around guests etc...
