- Weekly cleaner for common shared areas (private rooms to be kept - tidy by the boarder).
- Fifo workers, single roomers, women and students preferred. Open to other suggestions.
- No smokers. No pets.
- On-street parking (listing won't let me alter selection).

As we are cohabiting, all boarders should feel at home, so it is expected that everyone is respectful of one another and the home, be mindful of privacy and ensure the home maintains a peaceful, quiet and clean environment.

Can discuss extra allowances week by week if wanting to share personal items like toilet paper and paper towels, milk, the small stuff.

1 x upstairs furnished private bedroom with aircon 3.9m x 2.55m and AC unit

- Outdoor area shared with owner/boarders/guests (not furnished)

- Access to backyard pool

No allocated undercover car space, however there is plenty of on street parking available (no allowance to park on property or grass).

Room is furnished (bed frame and mattress, desk, bedside table and lamp) (boarder to provide own linen).

After inspection, copies of ID will need to be provided to owner. An official room agreement and general house rules will be provided and signed by both parties prior to moving in.
