- On-street parking (listing won't let me alter selection).

As we are cohabiting, all boarders should feel at home, so it is expected that everyone is respectful of one another and the home, be mindful of privacy and ensure the home maintains a peaceful, quiet and clean environment.

Can discuss extra allowances week by week if wanting to share personal items like toilet paper and paper towels, milk, the small stuff.

After inspection, copies of ID will need to be provided to owner. An official room agreement and general house rules will be provided and signed by both parties prior to moving in.
