House is 6 years old, very new and very modern and nice. Has pool gym, your own bathroom and own study areas with alot of storage. However I use the car garage but their are parking bays everywhere.
Chasing 300per week. That includes bills (aslong as air con isn't on 24/7 then I won't expect bills to be paid. Very nice area, wonderful people in complex. I live alone but have my 4 year old daughter 50/50. Need a house mate, if interested I can send more photos. Won't disappoint.
