Kitchen is open with plenty of cupboards, easy for multiple people to use. Lounge room is comfy and relaxed. 😌
Currently have Fetch & Netflix. Decent internet. All bills are split evenly

Lounge room has aircon, all bedrooms have fans. House is furnished, except the bedrooms. Space for a queen bed, plus drawers etc.
Looking to fill bedroom #3.

Separate toilet and shower.

Quiet, safe neighbourhood.
Easy walk to shops, pub or public transport.

Our housemate is moving back to Turkey so we're looking for someone to fill his room.
Someone in their late 20s or 30s would be ideal but not a must.
LGBTIQA+ Friendly. Male or Female.
No drugs or smoking, vaping outside only.
Room suitable for only 1 person.
Unfortunately no cats/dogs, but other animals are fine.

Ash and I are a welcoming duo, so looking for a housemate who is up for chats in our down time, but respect each other's space 😊 Would love for somewhere that everyone feels comfortable to be themselves and enjoy living together.

Current lease agreement is till October 2025, so we're wanting someone who is interested in staying on until then or potentially longer.
Bond is 4 x weekly rent, plus pay one week in advance.
