Description of the home

I am subletting one bedroom. There's no need to pay a bond as you won't be added to the lease. You will be classified as an approved guest only. Do you own lots of possessions and require lots of storage space to move in? You do? Well this probably isn't the right unit for you. This isn't your forever home. It's temporary. Having lots of possessions will only make things difficult. I want you also to be aware that if the landlord decides to sell the property at ANY moment, they are only required to give two weeks notice to vacate. That's why I own a bed, some clothes, and little else besides a fridge and washing machine. Now..if you move in and for some reason or other we run into difficulties, we are expected to resolve disputes like mature, rational adults. If you start acting irrational, then I regret that I will have to throw you out. I am only required to give you 2 weeks notice. So now you know where you stand. If you try gaslighting me, or using intimidation or any of that alpha dog BS and I will write up that eviction notice so fast it'll make your head spin. This is MY unit, and I had to jump through alot of hoops and crawl through hell to get it. You will not muscle me out of it.

I wake up early and I go to bed early. The general curfew for me is roughly around 9pm. You're welcome to stay up late, but just be quiet. Obviously this is not a party house. If you keep me up with loud noise guess what? You're out. I'm going to assume you have some basic housekeeping skills and know basic etiquette. No leaving dirty clothes in the bathroom. No leaving dirty dishes for too long, no leaving a mess for me to clean up. I am not your maid. I refuse to clean up after you. Remember this is purely a business proposition. Our interactions therefore must be courteous and respectful. Consider it as you would a workplace and having to communicate with fellow workmates. Respectful behaviour is required for us to get along. If you find that you hate living here, just pack your bags and go. It's that simple. By the way this isn't my first rodeo. I've lived in share accommodation since I was 15yo. I am too old for BS. So don't waste my time.
