25 mins Yamanto, 35 mins Ipswich, by road.
Acreage block, may suit someone with a horse. No pets inside.
House is 4 bed, one converted to office.
Rent is negotiable, dependant on (horses), work undertaken, as in mowing & weed control., watering plants etc.
I will be away for long periods of time during 2025. If Flatmate would like to mow (small tractor), spray weeds, collect mail, be tidy housekeeper, & be happy on their own, could adjust rent to suit the situation.
