With carpet in all the bedrooms .its also a 2-3 min walk to train station.

As I said this is brand new home and is a large spacious home for 2 people its big enough to not see each other if you want some space. And for $600 rent I’m very lucky to live in such a big beautiful home for that price. And you will only be paying $250 a week for your share of the house witch when you see the house I’m sure you will feel lucky for the opportunity to live in such a nice house for that kind of money. I was lucky enough to be walking my dog one day as I used to live up the road and I saw the owner doing some final jobs at the house and we got to talking and we agreed on the rent price. And as I personally know the owner i hold him in high regards as he has been nothing but helpful to someone he met as a stranger. All I ask is you respect his property as I have done since living here for the past year and a half

Bills and expenses

Electricity will be shared between the both of us. This is a large 4 bedroom house it does have solar so electricity is quite cheap. We do have wifi but when you move in we will have to start a new account.
