Description of the home
Available is an upstairs, unfurnished room, in a secure, quiet complex(8 units only) in my unit that is at the back. The room is big enough for single/ king single/ double bed. Smallish wardrobe but can have use of a wardrobe in other spare room. No air con in room, but downstairs has aircon. Good breeze but no ceiling fans, but I use a pedestal fan. Full use of a main bathroom(shower/separate bath) and separate toilet. Good hot water and I can even supply a clean towel. It's a clean, older tidy unit, that I bought and live in.
