About the occupants
Hi, I'm Amber, I'm 26 and I work in a customer services role at a pathology company full time since last year. In my free time, I like to relax and listen to music (or rather do anything with music in the background haha) and I like to visit my family or hang out with friends. I am hoping to get back into gym and focus on my health. I'm not a big cook though I am open to learning new recipes. I like to keep a neat and organised home life, though I understand that life can be a bit to handle, so I am happy to communicate how to better keep the house environment warm and a comfortable space for all of us.

Heyyyy! I’m Shawntellah, 23, a proud plant mom, and a Pisces. I study full-time at QUT and work part-time. I’m into reading, listening to music (usually in the background while I’m doing something), hanging out with friends, dancing, karaoke, and watching movies. I also like to keep communal spaces clean and tidy—I get that life can be busy, so I’m always open to chatting about ways we can keep shared spaces condusive for everyone. Looking forward to meeting you 🧚🏾‍♂️💐

Just a heads up, although this flatmates account is in Ambers name both of us will be running this account and corresponding with y’all via the messages. 😁
Compatible people
We are looking for a clean and responsible person who is understanding, reliable and easy going. The current flatmates are music lovers as well, so we're looking for someone who is fun.

If you are keen in having a peaceful space and are able to do your part in keeping the space tidy, then we're on the same page.

We would like someone who can socialize here and there, while friends are welcome over, this flat will not be a party space since the current occupants work full time/ study full time.

In saying this, it would be awesome to develop a friendship within the flatmates, while still respecting each other's space. The communal spaces are to be cleaned as needed. This also goes for amenities that are used in these spaces (e.g. dishwashing liquid) are to be bought as needed as well. This can be discussed further so that you have an idea of what's expected.

So if you feel this may be the room for you, please shoot us a message so we can talk more and answer any questions further.
