July availability.
High end finishes in handy location on the River in Kangaroo Point. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom in this 2 bedroom, 2nd floor private and quiet apartment.
Great views, 2 balconies, large open living and dining space with gourmet kitchen. A private car space can be negotiated additionally to weekly rent. Shared additional costs for internet, water and electricity apply.

***The Owner***
Easy going clean and tidy person who works full time Monday to Friday. Professional and career focused. Likes music, eating in and out as well as staying in and going out. And sometimes watches trashy TV haha.

**The Roommate***
Ideally a professional type, easy going who keeps to themself but can add to the conversation assuring pleasant vibes. Someone who works full time and is outgoing. Must be a clean and tidy type or it won’t work for me (sorry). Singles only and no pets I’m sorry .
