Large bedroom available! Flexible with move in date.

Margie (25), Mark (25) and I (30) have a large four bedroom house in an amazing location in Indooroopilly. Our place has a modern finish, indoor / outdoor living, and is near UQ and lots of public transport. We have an epic modern kitchen, a couple of shared spaces and a back deck. The place gets heaps of natural light and is A/C throughout. We have the amazing Abode cafe around the corner, bus stop practically on our doorstep, Indooroopilly shopping centre about a 7min walk away and a train line not too far. Margie and I are a couple who share the master bedroom while Mark is currently in one of the spare bedrooms.

We have one bedroom available to lease:

This bedroom is 3.5 x 3.9 metres and in the right front corner of the house. It also gets great natural light and has a built in wardrobe. There is a fan and aircon unit.

The main bathroom will be shared between yourself and Mark. It's a big space with a bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Margie and I use the fourth bedroom for our study. The house (except your rooms) is fully furnished which is wrapped up in the rent.

Margie and I are ex-Melbourners and have been living in Brissy for just over 1 1/2years. We also have a labradoodle named Alfie that is an absolute legend. We are both foodies, love taking our pup out on adventures and just generally chilling. I am a city-worker / tragic golfer and Margie is in digital marketing / general artsy person / completing her masters.

Mark is from Ireland currently completing his PHD in neuroscience at UQ. One of the most easy people to live with and a great baker, Mark is always up for a chill chat.

We are both pretty relaxed and want to live with another person who doesn't mind an arvo wine / BBQ, but also doesn't mind their own space (like us).

We pay per calendar amount for rent on the 15th :)

If that sounds like you give us a holler. We are flexible with move in dates, but would definitely prefer someone in by the 6th of June.
