Ground floor share with one very quiet private male. I live separately upstairs and only use the downstairs laundry. Will not rent to anyone who smokes (not even a little bit), big drinkers, last one was made to leave, or persons working from home. Must be a working person. Your flat mate has rented from me for 7 years- quiet man who works and is not particularly social. This is not a party house. I cannot store your furniture- there is no room to do that. On street parking only.
