Newly build double storey home :) lots of natural light.

Shared bathroom and lounge room with 1x other room mate, own room in our brand new house - bills are included in rent.

The house is a double storey with two separate living areas. With the upstairs lounge room area (photo with black couch) provided to our new roomie. The house has ducted heating and aircon throughout the house, black out blinds and fans in each room. All rooms and upstairs areas have carpet (excluding bathrooms) and the downstairs area of the house is tiled.

The lounge room upstairs is furnished (refer to photo).

There is a small alfresco area and good size grassed backyard for you to spend time in. This is a shared space. We are currently undergoing a backyard renovation to build out the entertainment area and put a spa in come end of the year.

We have a dishwasher, barista coffee machine, washing machine, plus all standard kitchen utilises for you to use at your leisure. So, no need to bring any other stuff!

Wifi is available for you all to use and is part of the rent.

There is plenty of street parking available.

We have security cameras front and back of the house that operate every time there is motion, as well as a door bell with a camera for the extra sense of security.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is quiet like us and are clean and tidy. We all work full-time and travel for work so enjoy time relaxing at home where we can chill out and cook yummy food.
