Description of the home

Looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious share house in Gordon Park! The lease runs until March 2025, with rent at just $190 per week (bills and amenities not included). Move-in requires a bond of $760 plus two weeks rent upfront, totaling $1,140. This is a great deal compared to other rentals and sharehouses in the area, so it won’t be available for long!

You’ll be living with three friendly housemates in their early to mid-twenties (two Australians and one Brazilian). We’re looking for someone in a similar age range and same gender who is clean, respectful, and kind. It’s preferred that you speak good English to ensure smooth communication with the current tenants.

The house is mostly furnished, but the room is unfurnished. However, I’m open to offers on a few of my pieces, including a bed frame, mattress, open-air hanger/wardrobe, bedside table, and desk. Plus, the room has its own AC unit, perfect for keeping cool in summer! The house has a large backyard and shared spaces throughout, but please note there is only street parking available.
