Private back patio which has been covered & made into a beer garden,with high walled privacy,if you like gardens/Ing,you will love this place,large lounge room with 65" smart television,(free netflix etc subs) large heat & cool A/C,ceiling fans in all rooms,separate toilet room to bathroom,that has both bath and shower,everything in the unit is yours to use if you are responsible.Not a party house,but socially,the beer garden will be your go to place for your friends,ample parking,(garage is full, & for storage only for work tools),3rd b/room is an office.No need for bedroom furniture,as l have it all,unless you have your own.l don't bother with food sharing.as it becomes too hard.5 minute walk to a train station,bus stops,& a large shopping centre.Photo of you required please,due to a bad experience a few years ago before meeting. Open minded in ways of supplementing part rent for other services, (non sexual)

I x 3 year old non allorgenic male TOY Poodle (small dog) Not yappy,or a biter,just likes to play games.and a good watch dog,& 1 x 17 year old male long haired British black cat,very timid,and stays in a high cupboard in my room,and outside.I won't have him for much longer l imagine.You will rarely see him.l am unable to have additional animals,except maybe if it's small & female
