About the occupants
My name is Sarah. I am 45 years old Christian and work from home. Im a bit of a home body. I enjoy baking old fashioned comfort food. I like to goof off with my cats, their tiny furry brains are very funny. I love to garden and have cultivated my cats some excellent scenery so that they can sit at the windows and watch all the birds come in (the little fairy wrens seem to enjoy dancing in the gardens). I really like reading and have a small air conditioned library with a comfy couch. My house is wired for sound and I enjoy Christian music and a lot of chill instrumental piano and orchestral music. I have created a peaceful house and tend to be on the quiet side when I’m not having a good laugh.

Looking for a female flatmate. Must be clean and tidy in shared areas of the house. Easy going and genuine. I value honesty and I don’t really go for drama. Your room is your sanctuary - keep it how you like it. Respecting each others space is importance to me. Would love to provide affordable accommodation for a student or someone starting out. I value friendships and your friends would be welcome visitors.
Description of pets
I have two cats…well I have a cat called Barney(Bear) and he has a cat called (Teeny Tiny) Tolliver. Barney is a 7kg cream and apricot coloured tuxedo tabby while Tolliver is a 4kg rascal that is part bengal and didn’t get the memo that he’s not a dog.

They are not allowed on the kitchen benches, however Tolliver is not beneath begging for anything that you are making (don’t believe him, he’s not starving, in fact half the time it looks like he ate a small bowling ball).

Barney is regal and doesn’t do hugs but might deign to let you pat him.

Tolli wants in on whatever you are doing. He’ll climb up on you, sit on your book, rub his face on your controller, walk on your iPad, nose your phone screen and roll over for a belly rub on top of whatever you’re doing if he thinks you’ve been ignoring him.
