Located next to Kangaroo Point, and the river is only a short walk away. Situated near Lytton Road means easy access to the bus (usually there is the ferry too at Mowbray Park however the terminal is being upgraded) - it's not a long commute into the city.

I have recently started my own business and done a lot of personal development work.
I enjoy going for walks and catching up with friends for a coffee or the cinema, and chilled evenings on the couch. Overall I've become to enjoy the quieter life and I've swapped my dancing shoes for early nights and house plants - although I still enjoy a cheeky tipple when an occasion arises.

Ideally I would like someone who doesn't eat meat (or at the very least only eats in moderation), and someone who is chill and not partying every weekend.
My home is orderly and clean and whilst I'm happy to keep on top of the maintenance, I would like someone considerate of replenishing any shared items and wiping up after themselves.
