The new , nearly finished Woolworths is about a 10 minute walk away.
The house is about 5 years old and has two storeys . That main living area, kitchen and laundry are downstairs. There is a main bathroom, and ensuite and 3 toilets ( one downstairs). Downstairs is tiled and sparsely furnished.
The yard is small but typical of a modern house. There is a double garage. The opposite side of the street is bush land.

I live here with my largish , friendly dog. I am a teacher so I spend a lot of time at home on school holidays. I spend the majority of that time downstairs because that’s where my dog is. I am generally quiet but happy for a chat now and then. I love animals, but I’m not a vegetarian.

Description of pets
A largish, desexed, good boy shar-pei cross. He is friendly, but a great guard dog. He likes other smaller, friendly desexed dogs. He is the centre of my universe. He definitely not a vegetarian. He is afraid of/ intolerant of cats.
