This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 carport (locked undercover, 1 space would be yours) apartment with an annex (used as a study space). Internet, 70 inch television with netflix, disney + and prime available for use. Most of the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine but no dryer. Your bedroom would be the master w/ ensuite with a balcony adjacent to your bedroom.
You will share the house with me and my partner. Both shift full time workers. So, even though we like to socialise, this is not a party house.
