A bright and spacious 3 bed/1 bath home in North Brisbane, close to Westfield Chermside, public transport, nature walks, cafes and gyms. There's a large, breezy lounge, dining and kitchen. Plus a fully-equipped laundry and outdoor patio and yard. You'll be sharing the home with us: a mum and my 6yo son (home 50% of the time). We've been in this house for 3 years and have had house mates with us the whole time. Hey! We are Megan and Alfie. I work in the human services fields and Alf goes to school fulltime. We're often busy and spend our weekends at football or exploring Brisbane and the surrounds.
