This is for people who struggle with rent, or the ones with children. It’s for one month but if we are all comfortable it can be extended.

It’s a large house freshly renovated with large backyard in a beautiful col de sac, near Chermside Westfield shopping center.
I’m the only occupant.
There is a large double garage as well. Rooms have large wardrobes and aircon as well as ceiling fan.
It’s only available for a month for someone who is in crisis for accommodation.
If things change, it might get extended but I’m not sure yet, so consider it for a month only at this stage, please.

Description of the home
This is a large house with 4 bedrooms, very nice and clean, with large green backyard and double garage which I don’t use.
I’m the only occupant. I work five or six days a week.
It’s only available for a month really and it would suit someone in crisis, until they find something more permanent.
Not far from Chermside Westfield shopping center.
Rent has gone brutally high and I wish I can help someone even for a short time.
