Located in a really nice leafy estate.
Only one neighbour as the rear and one side of the surrounds are bushland.
Huge kitchen and butlers pantry.
I'd like to share the house with someone.. not just rent a room. Theres 2 living room areas, so we're not on top of each other all the time.
The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house as well.
There is also a second room that can be included for a little extra
