Bills and expenses

House Gas bottle is $160 and rolls around roughly every 6 months depending on hot water usage. $80 per month for home internet. The solar panels help reduce power bill, Monthly power bill has been about $125 in the past but it's been in credit last few times due to government subsidy. I'm happy to pay fully for one streaming service e.g. Stan/binge etc.

39yo male Kiwi. I am amicable with my ex (no vitriol or dramas) and have my kids sleepover two nights a week (more on the odd occasion). I don't smoke or do drugs. I drink on the odd occasion but very rarely more than a couple drinks. Live a fairly quiet lifestyle and work full-time Monday to Friday. My kids are my top priority and therefore am looking for a female to share the house with who gets along ok with young kids (5&7). I am offering the master bedroom with ensuite and I will be moving into the rumpus room. Room for off-street parking of one small car or on-street available for larger vehicle. I stay over at my partners 2 nights a week, house to yourself on those nights. If you work afternoon shift you would probably not see a lot of me except on weekends!.
