I have a room in a four bedroom house available to rent. Common areas of the house are furnished and you'll have access to a washer as well as fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen. There is driveway and on-street parking available in a quiet estate with good neighbours. Must be able to pay rent and bills on time!
The bedroom has a double bed and mattress if needed. Air-conditioning in the lounge room but ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The house is fully furnished with two separate living areas. The garage is currently being used as a work space and tool shed as there is no shed out back, so won't be available to use. Grassed back yard and patio area.

I did have two rooms available, one being filled by a lovely housemate who has two big dogs, they are great with other dogs and with a proper introduction to my cat have also been great with him. Any questions shoot me a message.
My new roommates two dogs are named Olli and Caesar, they love other dogs but we may steer away from any more on the property. And both have, in a short space of time got use to my cat, so open to having another cat but an outdoor/indoor cat preferable for our open door house. All other types of pets would be no worries
