We are looking for a flatmate who will be able to stay with us in this amazing flat until the end of March 2025.

Rebecca occupies the other bedroom and uses the shared bathroom. She enjoys art and fashion and is always keen for a chat and a coffee.
Lisa 23
Lisa occupies the main en-suite bedroom however rent is split equally. She loves spending time in the kitchen and a regular night out and is keen to socialise.
Being tidy and considerate, keeping shared areas clean and respecting personal boundaries and belongings is a must.
Clear communication is essential, whether it’s about sharing chores, managing bills, or simply planning a relaxed social night in. A good flatmate is also mindful of noise levels, particularly during early mornings or late nights, and is financially reliable, consistently contributing to rent per week and utilities on time.
Bonus points for someone who enjoys a friendly chat or occasional night out but also values personal time, creating an environment where everyone feels at ease in their own home.
