Large, bright and airy room to rent in townhouse in the gated complex. Complex has two tennis courts, half court basketball and four swimming pools - one of which is a heated pool for all year round enjoyment.
Your room is freshly painted and new flooring and blinds have been installed with built-in robes and comfortably fit a queen sized bed.
I can provide a single bed if you need one but is a large room for furniture etc
The main shared bathroom is upstairs with a powder room/toilet downstairs.
The main living areas and laundry kitchen is fully furnished. I have also supplied you with your own mini fridge and pantry area.
I do have a dog, a beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that is allowed down stairs and is super friendly, so dog lover is a must.
No Couples or Children pls, the single bathroom does not work with more than 2 people in the house.
Less than a 2 minute stroll to the front gate, in-ground pool and tennis court.
It is walking distance to Strathpine Train Station, Strathpine Shopping Centre, cinemas and coffee shops. A bus stop is located just outside the front gate.
There is no fixed internet, you will need to use your own dongle or 5G etc network.
You may park your car securely in driveway or in parking areas provided within The Grange.
About me, I am a mature lady who works shift work but very quiet and non-smoker (although you may smoke outside in the lovely litte garden, but not inside pls).
A two week bond is required ($550) and a sub rental agreement will need to be signed allowing for two weeks notice.
Pease call or TEXT, I do work long hours so TEXT is probably better as I can't always get to my phone.
