It is actually two bedrooms with an adjoining ensuite inbetween. One room has a double bed the other is empty could be an office. You will be expected to just keep your own area clean and be considerate in the shared areas. There will be their own personal space in the pantry fridge and freezer.

Our house is in a great position we have shops restaurants, bars and gyms are across the road. A bust stop outside and a 5 min walk to the train. Or a 10 min walk in the opposite direction will have you right on out beautiful bay. We have wifi and private lounge to offer. I work from home and have a hair salon in the front of the house, but all the areas are quite separate.

About the occupants
Hi I’m Jillian the mother of the house. My daughter is 19 she works in disability and my son if 17 and works at McDonald’s. We have various schedules running trough the house. They are both very good kids and stay to themselves most of the tim if there home . As said previously I have a salon in the front of the house. I work Wednesday to Saturday, so Sundays to Tuesday I have no clients in the house. I’m a pretty casual person with a pretty quite life.

Description of pets
First we have Maggie may she weighs in a a whopping 1.6kg she is a chuchuihua. Then we have two cats Malina and graham they are mostly indoor but do go outside all well trained and very clean. Then we have Marvin the Guinea pig who spends his day la frolicking in the backyard.
