About us I am a 32yr female works in IT from home and part time at a local school as a TA. I have 2 children 11&5 and a cat. My children clean and respectable, they also completely understand personal space. My youngest is a lover of people and may chat to you throughout the day, as for my eldest he is a lot more introverted and will awkwardly laugh at your jokes.
We would prefer a female as my boys are more comfortable with women as am I. But I would be open to the idea of a male as long as we feel at ease.
This room would suit someone that is mindful of peace and comfort and that also has a job.
