Tidy 3 bedroom villa with courtyard and off street parking. The M1 is right at your doorstep here, with hardly any noise. 5 minutes from Beenleigh train station and Beenleigh marketplace.
Logan River reserve is just a 3 minute walk away.
Set of 5 villas with security gate entrance, it's a very quite complex where all the neighbours are friendly and respectful.

The room for rent is a decent size, it currently is furnished, can either be rented out furnished or not as I have another spare room.

The main bathroom and separate toilet will pretty much be yours as I use my ensuite, the only time I use the main bathroom is to give my boys a bath every couple of weeks.

I have 2 sausage dogs! They bark, they have small dog syndrome, and love a cuddle. Daryll may take a bit of time to open up to you, but he is a sweetheart when he does. Odie will love you to throw a ball... repeatedly... for hours.
