Bardon offers the best of both worlds—a relaxed, leafy atmosphere near charming cafes and shops, plus easy access to the stunning trails and lookout points at Mt. Coot-tha. About occupants
Hello! We’re Peter and Debby, the owners of this newly renovated property. We live on the upper level of the home and work full-time.

The downstairs area is a fully self-contained, separate living space with three bedrooms. A couple from the UK will be moving in on November 23rd for a six-month stay.

We have two additional rooms available for rent. Each room is intended for a single occupant, but one room could possibly take a couple that didn't have too many belongings. These two rooms have shared access to the main bathroom.

This setup would be ideal for international students or working professionals looking for a comfortable, welcoming space.
Compatible people
For us, a good flatmate is someone who’s respectful, considerate, and easygoing. We value open communication, especially when it comes to shared spaces, and appreciate a tidy, responsible approach to communal areas. Friendliness is also a plus, as we’re hoping to create a relaxed and positive atmosphere in the house.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can balance their own space with being part of a shared, welcoming environment.
Description of pets
We have no pets. But the native kookaburras love to visit and willl take a little bit of mince meat from your hand.
