There are two available rooms for females only, in a spacious townhouse located on the doorstep of Mt Coot-tha forest reserve in Bardon. The bus is 4 minutes by foot and the nearest coffee shop is in easy walking distance. It's a short bus ride to the city past the local Bardon shops, and 15 minutes to Paddington with the supermarket and post office and its cafes, restaurants, second hand stores and boutique shopping. Ashgrove is also easily accessible by public transport with its library and access to a larger array of shops.

The house is situated in a peaceful and friendly gated community with well maintained gardens and grounds, including a resort-style saltwater pool and tennis court. The back gate opens onto a rainforest walking and cycling path to the nearest coffee shop and gym, joining the extensive walking and cycling trails to the nearby waterfalls.

There is space for a car within the carport or parked just behind, and plenty of street parking outside the grounds.

There are two rooms being let within this comfortably furnished and well equipped family home. Shared areas include a well provisioned kitchen, a comfortable dining/living room with TV, an extensive library and big DVD collection. There is a washing machine and dryer available for use. An undercover patio provides an outdoor area for enjoying the fresh air in privacy, or to use as an exercise space. There is a large BBQ area near the pool that can be used for larger gatherings. There is a small amount of storage available on garage shelving.
