Backing onto Mt Coot-tha forest with an abundance of hiking and hiking trails, waterfalls and picnic areas, and a rainforest creek just out the back gate.
This is a home in a gated community with large salt water pool under palm trees and an adjacent tennis court.
The bus line stops just outside the gate and it's a short trip into the city past the boutique cafes, diverse restaurants and chic shops of Paddington on the way.
The home is shared with 1 other female and there will be another room let to a female tenant in future.
The home is spacious, cool and designed as a calm, relaxing haven. It has a private enclosed garden with a large covered patio, and is fully air conditioned throughout.
There's also a piano, plenty of books, a fully kitted out kitchen and large fridge, DVDs and multiple living spaces.

My Mum owns the home and so I've lived here on and off for over 5 years. I'm a keen traveller. I was born in England and I've travelled to Europe, America, volunteered in Cambodia,and worked at a ski resort in Whistler. I live in a self contained downstairs bedroom which is separate from the rooms upstairs. I'm not into alcohol and I don't smoke but I like to cook when I'm not tired from studying - curries and pasta usually. I can also bake great cakes and slices!
I was previously living in a share house in West End and still go back to socialise and go to the gym. Sometimes I travel interstate to see friends and go to concerts like Pink and Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith.
It's great to be friendly in the home but I value my own space and privacy, and it's important that we share cleaning and tidying duties responsibly.
