This 2 BR lower floor apartment is the bottom half of a house. It has a separate entrance, concrete floors and the rent quoted is per room. It comes with a queen bed, mattress, bedside table and pillows. BYO sheets, pillowcases and towels.

There is one garage space, but ample on street parking. It is 2 houses to upper Oxford St and then a short walk to the library, bus, shops, cinema, Woolworths, park and ferry. There is storage under the stairs and in the garage space. There are furnished dining and living rooms. We provide a table, chairs, sideboard, couch, TV and have pots/pans, crockery and cutlery. There are 3 rooms with an adjacent ramp (see the plans) and high windows (1BR, the living and dining rooms) and privacy/security panels on the north facing windows. The dining room also has east facing high windows which look out to the courtyard (visible in the photo with the open door to the courtyard).
The two bedrooms are air conditioned.
