Description of the home

One room is available for rent, the price is $300 including bills such as internet, electricity (air conditioning), water and access to a shared bathroom. The room has a built-in wardrobe however it does not include a bed!
The house is a new build, with ducted air conditioning, security cameras, a nice open patio/outdoor area. I'm happy to supply anything needed in the common areas, however I believe everything should be sorted.

As for bathroom, you will share with 1 (mid 20’s) female roommate. I occasionally get my cleaner to do a quick clean of your bathroom monthly, however it is expected to clean up after yourself and general clean occasionally. You will have your designated cupboard and fridge area (No need to bring cooking supplies).
You’re welcome to use the TV in the lounge room. And your local shops is 5-10 minute drive.

Please note that the place has street parking only, however the street is very quiet.

Ideally, I'm looking for a housemate around the same age, who works or studies full-time, and is reliable with rent. YOU will be REQUIRED to keep your room CLEAN. Cleaning up after yourself is non negotiable as myself and other roommate are over cleaning up after others. I lean towards preferring a female housemate due to cleanliness, I am open to males as well. Happy to negotiate on couples, but please keep in mind the space required and cost of the rent may change
