Spare bedroom with double bed possibly available on short term but only to the right person and with agreement from both in the house.
$300 week Queen room, $260 week double room - includes unlimited wifi, netflix and water. The electricity bill can be split in half when it arrives each quarter - solar makes it a little cheaper.
Preferring someone who maybe needs something more short term at the moment. But open to the right person staying on longer.
The room: Two rooms to choose from. Can negotiate rate if you need both rooms for short term lease. One is larger (Queen bed with tempur mattress) with higher ceilings and a small wardrobe. One is smaller (double bed) but with a large built in wardrobe and nice outlook to the back deck/yard). Both bedrooms upstairs. Air conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans throughout. Both rooms are furnished with bed and some storage options. Beautiful large back deck with a great outlook, very private from neighbours. I also have 2 cats who are great company annd 2 foster labradors (available for adoption) and sadly recently lost my beautiful dog to cancer (I’m an animal lover!). Recent renovations done so there is a whole new kitchen and other updates.

I live in a nice renovated Queenslander in Aspley.
The house: Renovated 4 bedroom Queenslander with open plan living and a beautiful back deck, all covered in with outdoor couches and a large wooden table on the patio downstairs for entertaining, outdoor dining, studying, relaxing etc. Air conditioning in the living rooms upstairs and downstairs and fans throughout. Big newly re-landscaped back yard with some trees and palms for shade and a tropical feel, lots of bird life and I also have amazing neighbours who look after us and are great for a chat.
I have two cats, Roger and Tink. They are very friendly so you must like animals!
Public transport is nearby with bus stops and multiple train stations within a couple of kms (Zillmere and Geebung stations).
